I have stayed at both and prefer the Radisson and will be staying there in August. The CIS is about 3 miles away from the Radisson. I think you might mean the Country Inn & Suites which is now the closest to the port I think. We just walked around it and it wasn't anything special, just close. I know the Radisson offers ship transfers. Call a few days before you arrive to get your name on the list for the time you want. If you are in early in the day, the Radisson has a beautiful river theme pool. Google it to check it out. The CIS is a typical hotel with IHOP across the street but we prefered the Hampton Inn next door. They have great balcony ocean views and free breakfast. Both have a walkway to the beach. I hope this helps.

Is the Hampton Inn next to the Comfort Inn, does Hampton Inn provide transportation to the port? Is the IHOP across the street from all these hotels you have mentioned?
Thanks for your answers.

The Comfort Inn and Hampton Inn are not right next door to each other but within walking distance. IHOP is across from the Comfort Inn. Sorry I don't know if either offers port transportation. There was a local company for about $3 each but I don't remember the name. We have used the Cocoa Beach Shuttle company and were very happy with the service.

Does anyone know of a hotel that also offers a shuttle from the airport in Orlando? We are coming in at 11:00 pm. and it would be nice if I could pin down transportation.

AS far as I could determine. None of them offered hotel service directly..Each hotel referred me to a different transporation company. The price was about $20pp.

ReverndJeff; none of the hotels at Port offer free service. orlando airport is about an hour away. If you go to Port Canaveral website they list a bunch of companies who provide transportation to and fromhttp://aroundtheclockusa.com/ port; one way or roundtrip.Orlando International Airport (MCO) - Parking & Transportation

You should be able to find several shuttle/transportation services to get you from Orlando airport to Port Canaveral. We rented a car (which may be cheapest depending on # of people you have with you?). If i remember correctly we used Hertz cuz there was a Hertz rental return in the parking lot at the Radisson!!! Super convenient (and the Radisson order a shuttle for us - there were about 8 people gonig to the port - it was $6 pp).

Thanks so much to all of you. There will just be the wife and I so rental car will not be cost effective since we arrive at night. Apparently we are the only ones on this cruise, unless you count the ones from the other website. First time on the Dream and a cove balcony. Can hardley wait.
