FOURTEEN-E WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 13.3 NORTH...LONGITUDE 121.5
WEST OR ABOUT 1010 MILES...1625 KM...SOUTHWEST OF THE SOUTHERN TIP
OF BAJA CALIFORNIA.

THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHWEST NEAR 9 MPH...15 KM/HR.
A TURN TOWARD THE NORTH AND A DECREASE IN FORWARD SPEED ARE EXPECTED
OVER THE NEXT 48 HOURS.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 35 MPH...55 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
