Hurricane season in the eastern Pacific ends October 30. Weather will be hot and humid with a chance of showers in some ports.

We did the Mexican Riviera last October. We had Hurricane Rita heading towards Baja. Our ship (Carnival Splendour) deviated their itinerary and we just had some rough waters. I think Mariner o/t Seas and a Celebrity ship stuck to their guns and rode out the storm but got trapped in Puerto Vallerta.

It is the last month of the hurricane season and is NOT peak time for hurricanes, but they can occur. If they do, they ship will avoid them. The cruise line will NOT put their multi million dollar ships and the lives of the passengers and crew at risk.
