Carnival Magic Inaugural Cruise from Galveston!
 

Who is on board for this first time event? Why wait? Lets sail the newest ship in the Carnival fleet on her inaugural U.S. Cruise.

I think you were booked b4 me as I just booked this afternoon.

I'm on Main deck. I thought I should try the new coves so that I could review them for CruiseMates and for my Cruise Blog. My aunt had one on Cunard, but liked the traditional balconies better. I thought I would find out for myself. I used the Early Saver fare so I'm committed to it now.

I keep running into the most interesting people on these cruises.;)

I am still not sure that all of you are ready for your very own Magic Wand :p (although I am going to present Mr. ScuvyDog his as previously promised)

These things are powerful and you must use the power wisely ;) How else do you think I got all of you to book before I did ;) I had to make sure that this was going to be a Magical cruise. Of course I'm in :p, but Aruba will have to be out :(

What the heck is the wand good for, then? I can see they're available all by myself, it's the price I'm having trouble with. :p:p

Scurvy, both the bilge and the laundry room are great places to have cabins.....as long as you have friends with balcony parties. ;)

Hey, looky who's going to be on our cruise!

It looks though that this time I will because I have to be in Galveston for the first cruises from there and it would seem unfair to have another CD host the TA and then tell him or her to bugger off when they reach Texas. So, I have asked Heidi and Kye to come with me and at the moment it looks like she will and that means that yes………I will be the CD for your Carnival Magic’s trans-Atlantic voyage.

His schedule is often messed up. Heidi and Kye were supposed to be with him (and us) on Splendor, too.

I wouldn't get too excited until closer to sailing.

I've been trying to catch up and just read the past 8 JH blog entries this evening. Yes that caught my eye right away. Sounds like our cruise was for sure and the TA was yet to be determined. It could change, but looks like that is the plan. I bet they have some sort of ceremony planned. I did the inaugural Voyager cruise out of Galveston when they had the huge longhorns attached to the top of the ship. (photo on my blog) I'm guessing Carnival has something special planned as well.

I haven't booked this one, yet, but it is just a technicality. I have also mentioned this cruise to several of my friends, so our party may grow!

Hi, Snoozeman. We met on a recent cruise - I think either the Conquest or Ecstasy a while back (I am also known as Travel Girl). Anyway, I will be waving to you as I get off the Magic. We are on the repositioning cruise out of Barcelona.

Enjoy the Magic cruise, you should have enough time to fully check it out! We have a great group, why don't you just stay on another six days?
