Nice to see that you are also doing this great itinerary.
Have you done it before??? Its our first visit to New England.
We are also staying in NY a few days pre cruise.

Glad to meet someone else going on our cruise. This is our 6th time on a Cad/NE cruise. In fact we arleady did this ship and cruise a few yrs ago but we got such a good deal this time we decieded to go back on her. Halifax is a great city, its one of the reasons we keep going back. She has a broadwalk that is just great to stroll on and people watch. Plus its such a great walking city. There is a good website to go to for Halifax its www.halifax.ca/visitors. They used to send out this great visitor guide book. Now to be green you can download it from thier website. I would suggest taking a look at it. I think you will defintanly like this cruise. Our family lives in NY so we are stayng with them before the cruise.

Since this is our first visit up that direction I have been reading as much as possible since we booked a year ago May.
We are from San Diego so will fly into NY for 4 days to experience that city, also a first for us.
I have a small group of 20 adults ages 36 to 70 ish. I can't believe the rates for this sailing. We started off much higher last year but it kept coming down which is great.
We have sailed CCL many times with my group. This time its a small group for me which is nice.
We have a roll call over on Cruise Critic too that you might want to check out. It has several others that will be on the same, so hope someone will take charge of a meet and greet for all of us. If you need the web addy just email me rdonte@cox.net
I believe we will be doing a private tour over to Peggys Cove and a few other smaller villages along the way in Halifax. Saint John I also have on hold a private tour Fundy Coast to Shore. Portland a schooner sail and Lobster Bake. Boston is on our own.. I am still working on the itinerary for NY.
