Hi. Anybody else on this cruise? I'm beginning to think we're going to have the ship all to ourselves, .
We're wanting to do the Atlantis excursion with the water park but found that it's cheaper if you book a room through Comfort Suites and you get up to 4 wrist bands to get full access to Atlantis (room is going to be about $175 with taxes so that's only about $44 per person if there were 4). Wondering if anybody has ever done it this way and how it worked out and also wondering if there were any couples that were interested (there's only 2 of us).
Hey GaGal! I'm on that cruise with a small group of friends and coworkers. I booked back in March and although I've been to the Bahamas several times, I'm just as excited as the 1st time.
Good luck on finding someone to split the Comfort Suites... great idea if you can pull it off.

I'm just glad that somebody else is on the cruise....I thought we were going to be all alone, . I think we've decided to just not do any excursions in Nassau....probably just go over to Atlantis and have a look and do the straw markets and then the beach. Time is going by soooo slow!
I know! We have 85 very long, excruciating days before we sail.
For the first time ever, I think I am actually going to do a tour in Nassau… Maybe just the basic island tour. We usually go over to Atlantis or stay in the downtown area but I’ve never actually seen any other part of the island.
I’m in Jacksonville… are you guys close by in GA.

We're from northwest Georgia so it's a little over a 7-hour drive to Jacksonville. You guys are lucky - no long car ride to get to the cruise. If I lived in Jacksonville, we'd probably be bankrupt b/c I'd be tempted to go on a cruise every month, .
We're on this sailing. We've done the Fascination twice before and enjoyed it and so we'll be off again in a little under two weeks! WooHOO!
We are travelling with our youngest daughter (9yrs old) and my parents (who are totally cool and completely addicted to cruising). We tried to bring our eldest daughter but because we wouldn't bring the boyfriend she bailed out. Picking a boy over a cruise, that I just don't understand : )
Any other kids coming along that we know of ? I know that there won't be a lot because of the school season but our little one is actually done on the 12th, which was wonderful.
We're driving down, I'm envious of the poster that said 7 hours drive, we have about 30 hours drive, but it's worth it!
I believe GaGal is two adults and there are no kids in our group but I'm sure there will be plenty of other children onboard for your daughter to get to know.
Glad to hear you liked the Fascination enough to book her a 3rd time. I've never sailed the Fascination but have been on a sister ship so pretty much know what to expect.
We have had some really cool weather these last couple of weeks so I'm hoping it warms up just a bit before the cruise.

It's getting closer and I'm getting even more excited (if that's even possible, .
A 30-hour drive?????? WOW - don't know how ya'll handle that. You definitely need a vacation after that drive but the problem is I'd need another cruise after the drive home just to recover, .
