Hi,
we are a family of 4 going on this Baltic tour. We are looking for anyone interested in making up a tour group with Alla Tours for St. Petersburg. . If we have a group of 16, the cost will be $220 per person for a full 2-day tour. We are looking at the 2-day Best of St. Petersburg tour as listed here:
Day 1
Meet at the ship in 30 minutes after the ship is docked;
City highlights tour incl. farmer’s market
9:00 – 10:00am Boat ride: City tour from the water angle
10:00 – 11:00am Travel to Peterhof with a stop for asubway ride (optional)
11:00 – 12:30pm Tour of the Lower Fountain Park and Upper gardens
12:30 – 1:30pm Lunch
1:30 -2:30pm Drive to Tsars Village
2:30 – 4:00pm Excursion in Catherine palace incl. Amber room and walk through the park
4:00 – 5:00pm Travel back to the city
5:00/5:30pm Onboard
Day 2
8:00am Meet at the ship
Payment for the tour; Shopping
9:00 – 10:45pm 1/2 of the City highlights tour incl. excursion in St Peter and Paul Cathedral
11:00 – 1:30pm Excursion in the Hermitage museum
1:30 - 2:30pm Lunch
2:30 – 4:30pm 1/2 of City highlights tour with inside visits to the Church on the Blood and St Isaac Cathedral.
5:00pm Onboard
6:00 Sailing off

* The City highlights tour takes in the city's most famous and beautiful buildings and historic monuments: the tip of Vasilevsky Island, the log house of Peter the great, the battleship Aurora, Nevsky Prospekt, Arts Square, Ostrovsky Square, the monument to Catherine the Great, the Alexandrinsky Theatre, the Yeliseevsky grocery store, the National Library, the Russian Museum, the Gostinyy Dvor department store, the Kazan Cathedral, the Admiralty, the monument to Peter the Great, the Mariinsky theatre, and St Nicholas' Cathedral . The tour gives a comprehensive view of the historic city centre and acquaints you well with the city. On the way to some suburban estates you will drive through residential areas where the majority of St Petersburg's residents live.
If your party would prefer to see as much as possible we would suggest you to take the BEST OF ST PETERSBURG 2-day tour. Two more museums are added to those listed for the Comfort tour – St Isaac Cathedral and the Church on the Blood, thus making the list of “must see” sights completed!

I have looked at lots of reviews of Alla, and of the other major tour organisations plus the tours organised by Royal Caribbean and I feel that this provides the right tour at the best price for us.
