Anyone interested in forming a small group for some independently organized (and less expensive) shore excursions?

We are a couple from Toronto and very much interested in doing something that would cost less....
What alternative excursions do you see that might be available?
We unfortunately do not speak Spanish.

Just looking thru the blogs, it seems that there are many independent tour operators waiting at the dock. They apparently charge far less than NCL for the same or similar excursions. Perhaps we can meet onboard for a discussion of some mutual interests. I'll make some notes. We are in cabin 9028. Give us a call or a visit.

Thanks for the reply. Sounds good.
The availability of alternative tour providers during our recent Caribean cruise was great but I was not sure if that were the case with Chile and Argentina. We also have some concerns on account of the linguistic barrier (for us) which could lead to some questionable situations. We will be glad to join in.
