Tattoo Policy on Pride of America????

So i just got offered a job on Pride of America in Hawaii. The recruiter at the job fair said absolutely no tattoos even if make-up can cover it. I have tattoos on my arms that cannot be covered with short sleeves... What do I do???? If i go to Hawaii without telling them will they fire me and send me back to NY?? im scared someone help PLEASE!!
