Default Golfing in the Riviera

Has anyone been golfing in Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan, and/or Cabo? Is there enough time while in port? We'll only be in Cabo from 7:00am until 4:00pm.

My husband and I would like to do 18. If anyone has any suggestions of which courses are good and reasonable, I would greatly appreciate your input.

Thanks!!

I have golfed in Mazatlan and PV. Of the two Mazatlan was the best. Estrella Del Mar is about 30 min from the pier. Very nice course, lots of sand, some water, wind on the back nine, and a number of environmentally protected areas on the course. If you push one in the area you can't go get it. Had a great 19th hole. I took this as a Princess tour.

In all fairness to PV the course there was impacted by the hurricane that came through 2 weeks before my arrival. It was an OK course but not as well maintained as the course in Mazatlan.

Never played El Cid. If you do, tell me about the track. I am going back on a 10day in late January.
