I posted this on the excursion board but haven't got an asnwer yet so I will try here too. My question is...has anyone taken this tour? We are thinking of booking it when we were in Puerta Vallarta because hubby saw a program on the travel channel about how tequila is made and he said it looked interesting. My concern is we will have our 11 year old daughter with us. The brochure states that the legal drinking age is 21, but it doesn't say that anyone under 21 will not be allowed. I am looking for someone who has taken this tour and can tell me what exactly is involved.

It's a fun tour (and interesting) ... you get to go into the interior of PV which was very nice, and we did stop at a ranch, etc. We did it on our first time in PV and had a good time. PV is also great for walking around town, too (which is what we did every time since then)
Went on this tour with my hubby last year. He love tequila, and thought it would be fun. It was ok. I was not thrilled, but it was kind of interesting. Children would be bored stiff. Not a good tour for a child.
Melanie, dont give up the chance? Maybe your Daughter would enjoy hanging out in Camp Carnival while you and your Husband venture out to the Tour. come back for her afterward and maybe do a walking tour of the town. Just a thought.
