****BEWARE OF LOS VERANOS CANOPY TOUR*** I too asked for a copy of this supposed guide but never got it!! I did go to PV and hated it! This place is dirty, vendors/beggers will swarm like bees. If you plan a "canopy tour" stay far away from Los Veranos. They over book and turn people away! This just happed to me on 4/13/06! Book with the cruise ship and maybe avoid this hasssel!

I asked - along with several others- for this guide. She is obviously not still doing this, so don't bother holding your breath.
As to the Los Veranos tour - it was great and you made the mistake of not checking your receipt. That is ultimately your problem. So sorry.
MEXICO is rather dirty and lots of beggars - not just PV. Sorry you had a rough time. Don't bother going to Istanbul, China, So America - they all have beggars and vendors... but for true travelers, it is part of the experience. Don't want to knock you, but if you read guide boks they all say that is what to expect.
