Somewhere in Cozumel, but that's all I know. Have been having a hard time finding information.

I finally found it at the southern end of the island.

Chen Rio is amazing! Was there in June last year. We rented a car and drove to the other side of the island. Peaceful little spot with a single restaurant. We had lobsters and swam in the bath like clear blue waters. Only one other group of 6 people was there - no cruise passengers. See photo under Rhapsody of the Seas in the photo gallery.
