Default 4/2006 Mexican Riviera Cruise -NCL

HI!
We are considering the NCL Norwiegan Star to the Mexican Riviera next April. We have cruised to Mexico before on RCCL and we wanted to try something else. Is this a good cruise line? Any comments on the freestyle?? Thank you!

Faith

Faith, my niece took that cruise for her honeymoon and loved it -- great ports. Freestyle dining is great if you do not like a regimen (or want the option of just dining together).

Norwegian's cabins are on the smaller size and a small amount of drawer space.

That's the amount I can provide.

We are going to The Mexican Riviera in APril, 2006. My original choice was on the Sapphire Princess. I then saw that The Norwegian Star sails that extra day. But after looking at pics of this ship I am not too sure about it. The Sapphire Princess looks much nicer & I love the size of the mini suites. Any comments?

The mini suites are wonderful on Sapphire. Cabins on NCL are on teh smaller side. The difference, though, are the ports. I would make your decision off that. Carnival Spirit to Acapulco is another choice.
