Two Great Excursions in Cabo San Lucas

The Canopy Tour (zip lines above the river gorge) was amazing. If you are adventurous and love the outdoors this is great. You get to see beautiful views and yes, you can bring a camera. Also, note two of the six people in my party were extremely afraid of heights. However after they met the instructor and were able to try it out over the practice (low height and short distance zip line) area they were ready for the big one. They felt very secure with the harness and zip line. In addition, you get a tour of the tequila factory.

The Baja Racing Tour was exciting for the men in my group. You are driven to a desert track were you are able to race your Baja racecar. You can reach high speeds and jump over the designated areas. The vehicles are very safe and the staff is pleasant.

Wendy, thanks for the great report back on two excursions I had never heard of ... I will be sure and point 'em out to people who have a longer stop in Cabo.
