Help! Our itinerary has changed on our 8 day Mexican Riviera cruise in Oct and we have a shorter stay in all ports. Any suggestions on our stop in Acapulco? Any info would be helpful.

If you have not been to Acapulco before, any of the tours of the city's highlights are worthwhile. The fort (now a museum) is quite interesting and the cliff divers are a unique attraction. Most of these tours also go to the resort area to show off some of the playgournds of the very rich.

We were schedules to be there from 8-5pm but my TA just called yesterday and informed us that they have extended our stay till 10pm. Yaaaaaa!!! 8)

this is good news there is not enough time in acapulco to see all they have to offer and if you have booked a private tour even better doing thins at your own pace and going were you want to go makes all the difference in the world.

happy sailing we our now looking into to our dates for this year and now this all this talking about cruising iam getting the famous cruise fever.

would like to go tomorrow but first things firsts.

Brown-eyed girl,
What ship are you on. When we did the 8 day on the Spirit we were there until 2:00am. If you can only do one thing I would include the Ciff Divers, jut to say you've seen them. I understand that it is even better at night.

We are on the Spirit as well but they changed the stops and we are there from 8am till 10pm. We have hired Rosie, from all the praise I hear about her on this message board, so she is going to take us around to see a bit of everything plus to the beach.

Please let us know how Rosie was and where you went..we have booked her for Nov . We will be in Acapulco from noon to 1am
