Default knew it was 2 good to be true

we arrived in mazatlan planning to explore the city. we were greeted by petra from el cid and she changed our minds. taxi, beach, food and drink were complimentary just in case we visited again, we might choose the el cid. no time share or presentation to endure? no sir, just good will for the future. positive? yes, just taxi there and enjoy the day on us. yep. sure. we got there only to be told, this way for your presentation, only ABOUT an hour long. we left, only to lose time and 60 bucks for the taxi. el cid, you got me there , but never again.

Another example of if it sounds to be good to be true, then it probably is.
I believe we rua into this in St. Marteen at the pier. Luckily, we stuck to our original plan and didn't listen to them. They are very persausive.

The El Cid's are primary vacation owership places and on many occasions, they try to catch people in the street or piers to attend a sales presentation. In Cozumel as well...however they now have an attractive all inclusive day pass in Cozumel where you do not have to attend a presentation, in case you are a promising customer...they will ask if you would like a presentation...they got a lot smoother now and are conscious that bad word of mouth does not produce them in the future....sorry for that experience..but it is getting better and more fair...at least in Cozumel!
