Which ports offer history, culture, and nature ?

There seems to be 2 Mexican Pacific itineraries offered.
One is Acapulco, Zihuataneja & Ixtapa, and Manzanillo.
Most Mexican Pacific cruises go the Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan, and Puerto Vallarta. I don't know which itinerary provides better history/culture and nature. :-?

I think they all have history etc...it is just a matter of research and finding the right tour guides.

We did a private tour in Acapulco and saw many things that the cruiseship tours did not.
The fort is across from the dock area you can walk to it and it is very interesting.

Cabo you can take a trip to La Paz (if time permitts) or San Jose Del Cabo has many historic churches.
Most people just want Carlos & Charlies or the beach type tours
