Ensenada... what's the best bet?

Going on a cruise at the end of December that just goes out to Ensenada and back on Royal Caribbean....

what is the best thing to do there? On previous cruises we had just walked around and taken in the town, but what would you suggest?

If you like wine then the wine tasting tour is nice. You go out by bus to the countyside and learn how wine is made. After the tour you do wine tasting. We got a bottle of wine with the tour. We did the blowhole but, that is just the flea market and water shooting up through some rocks. I wasn't impressed.

What about duty free shopping as far as high end jewelry, specifically watches (Rolex and Cartier)?
