Default Pacifico Tour in Mazatlan

Has anyone gone on the Pacifico Tour in Mazatlan? I don't think it is an excursion that Royal Caribbean offers. How do you get information about this tour?

We did the Pacifico Brewery tour thru Princess and loved it. You go thru the whole beer making system which is 2 or 3 floors then when you're done you go to the top and can have as many beers as you want. They also have a store to buy things, t-shirts were $1.50 and a case of Corona or Pacifico for a great price. It wasn't too hard carrying it back to the ship except the boxes weren't the best. They let us take it to our cabin and each one fit in a carry-on when we left. We live near port so no worries about flying with it.

We don't normally do "excursions," per se. On our recent visit, we walked the approximately one mile to the Pacifico/Corona brewery, where we were given a very inclusive tour, followed by a beer at the "top of the tower" lounge. They also gave each of us a small momento brochure with our picture included. Cost ..........zero, plus some good exercise. In a prior visit, we just walked to the cathedral for a self-tour, followed by some local window shopping.

WE were on Princess this time, where the "excursion" to the Pacifico brewery was $59 per person. I expect we actually got a more complete tour for free. We also bought a little beer at the store after the tour, which Princess doesn't seem to mind passengers carrying aboard. One man, whom we met at the tour, took four quarts of Pacifico back to the ship for his happy hours.
