The bargains that are coming across my screen for Celebrity are incredible..one place is tossing in so much.. it would almost be worthwhile to do the back to back on the Soltice they are offering..
This story refers to the "recent" outbreaks of Norovirus onboard a few ships. It does seem that there is a definite increase in ships and percentage of passengers affected. It is interesting that Brasil has not allowed Vision of the Seas to dock because of the stomach virus.
While this, Noro like virus, is causing problems it is completely different than the "Swine Flu" outbreaks of last Spring and no Mexican cruises have been canceled. If you look in the first story, from the USA Blog, the responses are from last April and early May as is the story.
Your second story is up to date but has nothing to do with Swine/H1N1 flu.
Take care,
Mike

Wow you scared the heck out of me. I'm booked on the Splendor in May. I maintain a Splendor check in on the Carnival board and the ship has been hitting the Mexican ports. So no re routing right now.
