Default MSC Cruises

I'm looking for any info re: MSC cruise lines pertaining to passengers (European vs American, etc). I read somewhere that most passengers are Italian and publications therefore are printed in Italian as well as on board announcements are in Italian. Has this presented a problem for English speaking passengers? I'm looking for a cruise visiting ports in Africa and the Indian Ocean. Any help out there? Thanks.
