Would love to hear from any passengers after the Divina has settled into Miami.
Has the dinner service gotten faster? i.e.. American style?
Is English the primary language?
Are there interesting events during the day? We love our trivia.
Is there a descent gym? Sauna? Locker rooms? Classes? Love morning stretch.
Thought about the food? Specifically the main dining room. A buffet is a buffet, they all have issues, but are there enough seats?
I've been waiting for reviews but I can't find many. Jimbo
I've received some private reports that the ship still struggles with consistency in food quality and service. The main dining room has issues such as leaving guests sitting and staring at their water glasses for 20 minutes if they don't order each course. In other words all the entrees were served at the same time and not until those at the table who had ordered soups and salads were finished with those items.
The Divina has a "standard" gym, and a very nice spa and sauna. The spa is operated by Balinese attendants. Very charming. I recall seeing a trivia contest held each day and they did some things by the pool.
There are currently a number of reviews on another forum, cruise critic, some have questioned why there is a rush to eat Dinner ?
Our review is posted in the reviews section of cruise mates, while some appear to see it as being negative in some areas it is merely pointing out some issues that we felt people need to be aware of.
The Trivia was quite good though it took them a few days to sort out the handsets for the 5 day world quiz, most though are held outside near teh pool.
