Boston Historical Tours Info

We are taking the Caqnada/New England cruise in October and get to spend a day in Boston. We have never been and are very interested in the historical tours of the buildings and definitely want to tour the USS Constitution. Is there a guided tour that includes the historical buildings and the USS Constitution? If not, is it easy to get to the USS Constitution from the pier so we can go ourselves? We simply must see this great ship! Any advice and/or recommendations from anyone who's been to this great city will be appreciated! Thank you!

Which pier will you dock at? If it's Black Falcon you are about a 45 minute walk along the historic waterfront

There is a self guided tour,,,,Called "The Freedom trail"

If you have the time try a "Duck tour" which is a tour of the city and then a trip on the water .

If you must cover ground try a taxi,,,,,,if you have good shoes and many hours try the walk,,,,but as in any larger city,,,be carefull and dont get lost,,,,,

We are at Black Falcon. I've heard good things about the duck tour, can I book it right at the peir or should I book it through the cruise line?

I dont believe you can book it at the pier,,,,they have a ticket booth at Faneuil Hall Which is a quick taxi ride...and also a great place to see.....the tickets are $25 per.....What does the cruise line charge ?
