We will be with carnival starting tommorow. It looks like our stop in halifax on saturday will be chilly and rainy. We had thought about just walking around or talking the tour on the amphibious vehicle. But since it's going to be rainy and cold does anyone have any suggestions?

1st cruise june 22nd on the victory
My aunt went on the Canada cruise last year and really liked it, She said that the City Market (it was in St John I think...) was really neat and definitely a place to visit. The pictures I saw had all kinds of vendors and stalls like an old-fashioned open market. I love places like that.
I have a college friend who now lives in that area and she talks about going to that market on the weekends for breakfast with her kids. She says there's a guy there who sells handmade soap and stuff and calls himself the Sudsmuffin. Too funny.
I think we'll be taking a cruise next year but not sure if it'll be the Canada one...
yeah it sure did rain, we rented a car, went to peggy's cove and the swiss air rock., very rainy we also went to the titanic grave site.
