Carnival Victory- NYC, Boston, Portland, St. John, Halifax

My parents are leaving on the Carnival Victory which tours, NYC, Boston, Portland, St. John & Halifax.

I was wondering if there were any tour companies that pick up cruise line passengers at the dock rather than booking through the cruise line company.

We went to Hawaii for my wedding and we used a private tour company that offered identical tours as Carnival at 1/2 the price. I was trying to do that as well for their anniversary trip.

... YES ..ask about our SEE NO TOUR BUSES TOUR...It can be done with the right driver/ guide...see and hear what everyone else is missing ..7 years doing tours of Historic Halifax..
