Beatiful Boston
Much has changed in Boston over the past four years and all for the better. Assuming your in Boston only for the day there is so much you can do and if your here for a pre-cruise or post-cruise so much the better.

The Seaport area where the ship docks has been revitalized into chic shops and restaurants and the Rose Kennedy Gardens. Of course your going to want to stop in at one of these places for our famous N.E. lobster at at least a lobster roll. Second and I can't recommend this enough is that you book a Original Boston Duck Tour to get an overall tour of Boston from land AND sea. You can order your tickets on-line and since I assume you will be on a ship you can pick up the Duck Tour at the Aquarium or if you decide to go to the Copley Square area it is behind the Prudential Buildings. As a native Bostonian I thought I knew it all, but I learned and enjoyed myself on this tour tremendously and have taken it several times with friends. Then there is the Freedom Trail, a trail of red bricks that leads you past all the historical sights of downtown Boston including the Old South Church and down to historical Fanuel Hall, Quincy Market where there is street entertainment shops, etc. , the North End and the Paul Revere House, the Old North Church and the fabulous neighborhood Italian restaurants and bakeries like Mike's and Modern. Newbury Street is our version of Rodeo Drive and in Copley Square you will see the majestic Boston Public Library and the beautiful Trinity Church with wonderful stained glass windows. While downtown Boston of course we have the Boston Common…an area that was kept for grazing cattle many years ago and still as I have been told is the largest area of land in the middle of a city still not built upon.. If time there is the Boston Public Gardens and of course you must take a Swan Boat tour around the lagoon.
Hope I haven't overwhelmed you.. but I'll be delighted to answer any other questions if I can
