My travel agent just e-mailed me and told me our documents for our Dec. 9th cruise on the Norway are in. Also, said I have been given an e-mail address to use. Is this something new that I seemed to have missed finding out about?
I also just recieved my boarding tickets for 11/20 cruise on the Majesty. I also was given an email address but with no explaination. Is this a free service NCL is providing? Do friends at home need this address to contact us aboard the ship via the internet cafe? Will the ship deliver E-mails to our rooms if they are recieved under this address? Please let me know what you find or have found out?
I called latitudes and they inform me that the E-mail is your private email aboard the boat. If you give it to friends and family they can e-mail you aboard the ship. You do however, have to go to the internet cafe on board and pay .75 cents per minute to use the internet access. I did ask if we couldn't just as easily log onto aol or our own private email and he said yes that will be possible. I asked if your room might be notified when an email has arrived and he said no. Sooo get away but keep in touch!
