Default NCL Star to Hawaii in December

Is anybody going on the NCL Star on December 5th from Ensenada to Hawaii? My husband and I are for our 20th anniversary and look forward to meeting people, this is the first cruise that we will take without our children or any of our friends with. For me the 4 days at sea concern me, will we get bored? We have a balcony room for the first time and are very excited!

We had five days at sea when we cruised from Hawaii to Vancouver a few years ago. I took along a big book to occupy my free time during the crossing. As things turned out, there were so many activities scheduled that I didn't find time to open it for more than a few minutes. We were on RCI's Rhapsody of the Seas, but I am sure NCL will have a similar activities schedule so you shouldn't get bored. Of course, if gambling is your thing, that is one option that won't be available.

Hi from AZ.

We are going on the Star on DEC 5th. It's also our first time with so many days at sea.

We are a retired couple from Mesa, AZ.

Looking forward to sailing with you.

The NCL Star does NOT sail from Ensenada to Hawaii - ever.
It does sail around the Hawaiian Islands and down to the Kiribati Republic until May of 2004, then it goes to Alaska for the Summer and later sails the Mexican Riviera (but not to Hawaii) for the Winter of 2004.

You might want to check with your Travel Agent to find out which ship you are really traveling on.

I think this adds new meaning to "doing your homework" before you cruise.
