Default Anne Campbell

Hey all Cruisemates message board readers and users,

Did you all notice that Anne Campbell, the Editor of "Cruisemates" was on the special about the Voyager this past Monday on the Travel Channel? Good job Anne! I really enjoyed the special, ESPECIALLY because you were on it!

I also saw Anne. But if she thinks Carnival food is great, I have some oceanfront property in IOWA I want to sell her.

Jim. Surprisingly, most recent Carnival cruisers are quite impressed with the DR food on Carnival ships. Certainly better than the uninspired dining on RCL. Carnival, like most lines, is trying to broadening their age appeal and seems to be attracting more mainstream cruisers. The surprise of the Voyager show was the appearance of Joe Farcus.

Ann did a great job on both shows on the Travel Channel. I was a little surprised on the Carnival Best Bang for the Buck endorsement. Over the last 5 years, most cruise lines are trying to improve their overall image to attract the population that they don't get now with so many new ships in the water. I know of singles, honeymooners and older first time cruisers who had a great time on Carnival ships. Their experiences can only get better. We mustn't forget that Carnival has a large market share of Various style cruise ships including the Windjammer style.
Keep up the great work Ann.
Bon Voyage
