My daughter just returned from a ncl cruise (with a friend's family). There's an unexplained $100 charge on her visabuxx card and I have been trying all morning to find a *person* @ ncl to speak to. They make it very difficult to even get through to the accounting dept. The operator won't give out any numbers. I sit on hold, and so on.
Do you have any real phone numbers for anyone at NCL?
I guess I'll just dispute the charge from the bank end of things. Don't know what else to do.
Dispute the charge with the credit card company. More than likely while they are checking into the charge they will remove the charge from the card, I do know that American Express does this but am not sure what the policy is at Visa.
