Default Dawn, Dec. 14-21st

My hysband and I (both in our 40's), my terrific mom-in-law (looks and acts younger than both of us--I mean in a good way!!), our children, ages 7, 11, and 15 are heading out from NYC on the Dawn this Sunday the 14th of Dec.. Will be a new experience as a family. (Bob/I went on our first cruise, Dec. last year) Tips from anyone regarding juggling likes/dislikes of such an age range? Also any tips on interesting excursions in Port Canaveral, Nassau that aren't so touristy? Teen tips--male, age 15? Thanks everyone!
