Default choppy seas

People at work today told me to be prepared to be sick one day going and one day coming back as the ocean up north by New york is rough. I'm freaking out about this as we're taking our four teenagers on the new years cruise on Dawn. Does the patch work and can you get it OTC. thx.

The Dec. 14 cruise had one bad day in each direction. I did OK but many were bothered by it. I was very surprised by the extent of the motion on such a large ship equiped with stablizers. Medication would be wise. It was most definately not like being on land.
