I am VERY tempted to book the Wind for an 11 day Hawaii Voyage in August - the rate is excellent and my Frequent Flyer miles are burning a hole in my pocket. I travel solo, and do enjoy some quiet time while aboard.
My concern is with the breakfast and lunch dining arrangements on the Wind. I see that they have no Lido / Buffet style dining area (aside from a small Sports Bar & poolside grille). Will this make it difficult to dine alone if I choose? I prefer the standard assigned table for dinner, but I prefer to avoid open seating dining for breakfast & lunch and being seated randomly on a daily basis. Likely I will find ship mates to lunch with, but I am curious if any other solo cruisers have found the Wind to be less accomodating for solo breakfast or lunch?
Appreciate any input on the Wind's dining options...and from any solo Wind alumni!
