Default Light dining choices

Sailing on the Dawn in a few weeks....I've heard they have a light dining option menu at each of the restaurants...is this true? If so, what types of things are on the menu?

I just got back from the Sky, and I assume they will have similar menu options in the main restaurants: basically there is always a "Cooking light" choice for each course, with all nutritional information provided on the menu. I got them several times just because they sounded good and was never disappointed- as tasty as the other food. there is also always plain grilled chicken and steamed veggies or baked potatoes available. actually one thing to look out for are the sugarless desserts in the buffet- they were AMAZING, and I usually have a lot of problems with "diet" or "sugarfree" things because of the aspertame- but whatever they used I couldn't taste it, and the chocolate mousse was just as rich and fluffy as the non-"healthy" choice!
have fun!

Just back from dawn, they have light eating at every meal. We did some of the light meals very tasty and they are in all the restaurants. Have a great cruise. The weather was bad on our cruise and still had a great time.

WE were on the Dream and ordered many meals from the Cooking Light menu choices. Some of them were very, very good. We did not have a bad one and we were glad to have the option so we did not overdo the eating side of the cruise.
