We still haven't received anything from NCL ... no plane tickets, no cruise tickets, nothing. Our travel agent is working on the situation but even she is having trouble reaching NCL and has been stuck in voice mail. She has been reassuring me that she will get them to overnight everything, but it's still making me nervous.
Is it common for NCL to wait until the last second to send the important documents? We booked everything 6 months ago because we hate this type of situation and can't figure out why we don't have our tickets yet.

In the past there were certain times that I cld not get answers from my agent so I went ahead and called NCL to find answers on my own, this was regarding fares, supposedly booked excursions etc. Hope this can help and most of all hope you get your tickets real soon. When is you trip?
Thanks! I actually just got word from the travel agent that NCL is overnighting everything. We leave in exactly one week, so it's a bit frustrating they waited this long. Just glad it's finally resolved ... at least I hope so!
Slip ups do happen. We have been lucky and always had our docs within a few weeks of final payment, but while I was still at TA it happened on rare occassions. Some frustarting moments for some cliants, but everything always worked out. Have a good cruise.
