Boarding the Majesty

What time should we show up at port for a 4:00pm cruise out of Boston? I would rather be early and boarded first than stand in line later. Thanks

Boarding will begin for Lattitudes Members at Noon...but I would definetely plan to be there about this time..There will be a line at about 11:30...I like to get there early..Your papers will need to be processed (btw you can fill out papers on-line and bring a copy with you) You will need to show papers to State Troopers before being allowed to drive to where the longshoremen are going to unload your car. Once the doors opened it all moves very quickly....when you get onboard (after the picture of your embarking..lol) there will be a line of wonderful people who will take you to your cabin.. I'd recommend you find your cabin.. drop off your hand luggage, and head towards the 7 Seas Dining Room or the buffet ot he tenth deck where you can people watch and enjoy the "sail-away"... Remember...the minute you set foot aboard the ship...your on vacation.. I got to the pier at 10:45am and was on the ship just before 12:00.

We were there at 11:00 and on board by 12:30. The lines weren't bad at all. At the time we weren't Lattitudes members either. This time we will be and are hoping the line will still be quick.

We arrived at the Black Falcon about 11:45 and were on board within 1/2 hr.

A member is a person that has sailed on an ncl more than once. You just need to fill out some paperwork, and you get a card with your own little number. Believe me its not a big deal, just a few perks, ie special line on embarking, a cocktail party with the captain, and if you by drinks at the specified lounge you get a discount, I think there is something about the internet cafe some discount.
