Default Lap Pools

I understand the Star/Dawn has an indoor lap-type pool. Anyone used those? Do they set aside lap hours, etc? Thanks!

Default Re: Lap Pools

There is an indoor "lap pool" on the Dawn. However, it is very small. It is about half the length of a standard 25 yard pool and only about 2 lanes wide. Additionally, there are some people who come and just stand around in the pool, making it difficult to swim laps.

My kids swim competitively and would not use the pool for laps "too short". By time you push off the wall on your turn, you only take about 3 -4 strokes before heading into the next turn.
