Default Last Minute Cruises

Does anyone know if NCL offers inexpensive last minute cruises for empty cabins and if so how one gets the. As a single person I am seeking to avoid the single supplement. I have heard unconfirmed rumors that the cruise lines offer cabins that are empty the week before or a few days before a cruise leaves at real inexpensive rates.

Also skyauction.com but be careful to not overbid, as many do.

Im not sure vacations to go or any of the travel agencies offer the really low rates. I had heard that at the last minute by which I mean within the week or last day before the cruise cruise lines will sell cabins at real low rates. Also that sometimes people who have to cancel at the last minute and will not get a refund will sell cabins at real low rates.

The problem with a cruise from Alaska is the high cost of getting to Alaska. Ive seen some real good rates in Tahiti and other distance locations but airfare is the catch. The best last minute rates are generally only available to people at the location of the seaport where the cruise is embarking from.

I know this is a long shot ... last minute affordable cruise vacation?
Need to relax and re-charge?
An opening ... I had 1 reservation on a 1 week Tex-Caribbean cruise, leaves out of Houston on Sat. 21-May thru Sat. 28-May!

Please contact me if you are interested.

The problem with a cruise out of Houston is that airfare is around $500. If I can get a cruise out of Boston I will have no airfare
