Wind on forward facing balconies

I am considering booking a penthouse cabin (AC) on the Norwegian star for a Riviera cruise. It is forward facing with a large balcony. Has anyone been in one of these cabins (decks 9 & 10)? Are the balconies usable when at sea or is the wind too bad?
Thanks for your responses!

Try a Google or Yahoo search with the shipname and cabin number .I did that with my suite and got good feedback .

I imagine the wind would be about the same as when standing on the foredeck when the ship is moving.
