Explain to 4 families with teens that their Spring Break cruise (booked 10 months in advance) will be in dry dock and no apology from NCL, only a refund that will take up to 6 weeks to post to my credit card. It's too late to book anything else and our Family has 5 non-refundable airfares to LA. I will NEVER cruise with NCL again.
OK nita, what excuse do you have for this one. Is it "Oh, all the other cruiselines do it to" or the "Read your contract they have that right", or "If you booked your air thru NCL you would'nt have that problem". Sorry nita but you only seem to answere questions on this board and no others and you always seem to have an excuse for NCL's failings.
If ya ain't cruising ya ain't livin!!
Sorry to hear about this. Since it is a few months away, I think there might be cabins available on either the Carnival or RCI ships out of Long Beach/LA during that time. Maybe even San Diego. Have your TA look into this ASAP . Good Luck.
