Star in Dry Dock...Any info on the remodel...?

Hi All,

I know that the Star is in Dry Dock for almost a month. Anyone hear if they are upgrading things or just refreshing carpets, paint, etc...??

From the Bridge Cam it looks like she is in SF...Anyone know for sure..??

Sorry buddy but the Star is in drydock for the last 3 weeks to repair the Azipods (propulsion system). I am on the next scheduled sailing which is 4/2/06, and no one at NCL can give you an answer as to the progress of repairs. I've called and had Customer Relations LIE to me about it being out of drydock when the pictures and San Francisco residents feedback telling me that it clearly is still in drydock.

This is my first time sailing with NCL and I don't consider this to be going smoothly. Grrrr.

So it is a "mechanical" trip this time...Oh well. Supprised that NCL is saying that she is out. Even Cruisecal.com shows here in until you sailing date.

Let me know how your cruise goes. We are looking at doing the same one next April.
