WHAT HOTELS SHOULD OR HAS ANYONE STAYED FOR PRE OR POST CRUISE

There are lots of great hotels, but one thing many do not realize; most of the hotel in Oahu are not on the beach; there are only about 4 or 5, I have a big preferance to Hilton Hawaiian Village but others may prefer someplace else. You may want to try the Outrigger, but make certain you are checking prices at the one on the beach, there are lots of Outriggers. Good luck,

I totally agree about staying at the Hilton. It's a beautiful hotel - with lots of shops and restaurants nearby - and is basically right on the beach - depending on which tower you're staying in. They should have everything you need there - including a beautiful spa and penguins on the premises. But there are other more reasonable hotels if you want those too.

We stayed at the Hilton Hawaiin Village (pre stay)and the Marriot Waikiki(post stay) for our honeymoon. I would stay at the Hilton agin, and we will be in four years for our fifth anniversary. it is a huge complex with all of the ammenities, with a small luzury feel. Also it has its own private beach so no worries as to homeless or thieves. this is the place to stay!

Not to mention the awesome, but pricey Chinese restaurant. NMNita
