Yes, but not in the cabin. There are laundry facilities.

There are blow dryers in the rooms. We were on Deck 9 cabin 9118 and there was a laundry facility room across the hall with 3 washers/Dryers and 2 ironing boards and irons. We brought our own Tide , from Target for $1.00 and it worked out great.

Bring an outlet adaptor so that you'll have more plugs. We had a small extension cord too.
