I just checked out the new NCL website. The first problem I had was in going "back" to something else after I put in the date I wanted to cruise. I got a "page has expired" notice. Hopefully, this will be fixed.
My major problem with this site (and the old one!) is that there is no search function. The only search that's offered is for cruises, not for other information. For instance, if I wanted to find out about the "Kids Club", I have no idea of how to get to this information! (Okay, it's under "More", but it would be so much easier just to be able to search for the one thing I might be interested in!)
I hope they will "clean it up" so that it's more user friendly.

I don't think it is bad, just different and better than before; is there room for more improvement? sure is. I just wish I could get more information on a single screen rather than back and forth so much.
I am not impressed so far. Seems there is less information than on the old site. I cannot find the feature that allows you to look at your booking. The old site allowed you to see your fare, deposits and balances and I can't find that. Just me, or is it not there?
No its not you . The sight has become more of an addvertisement than a information outlet.. I know they are still working on it , But . You cant even find out what types of cabins are booked.. Oh well it will get better , I hope !
I hope they make improvements. I am booked on the POH and I like to keep checking on any price changes so that I can ask for the lower rate if the price drops. The prices I can "see" are generic and not specific to catagory. I can't tell if the prices drop! Am I supposed to call them twice a week until sailing? I you don't ask when the price changes they won't offer any lower price to you. Jimbo
