Transportation to Pier, NYC

Hi There...

I had heard that NCL offers bus transportation to the ships in NYC. Can anyone provide more details. We are coming from CT and would be especially interested in bus service from New haven, CT.

Hi Nashua-

Why don't you just drive to the pier and park for the week ($180)? It's SOOO convenient having your car right there instead of dealing with buses and / or trains.

I come from CT as well and I always leave my car there when I cruise.

However i'm not interested in driving to the port hence the question which I posted.

My cruise will be 12 days so the parking will be a bit more than $180.

Does anyone have info on a NCL bus from CT?

Hi Nash! Just down the road aways from ya in Westport. I would ask your travel agent or the cruise line about this. I know they have it for Royal out of NYC since my BF's parents took it. But I think they booked the bus through AAA. There should be some sort of bus though.

It is my understanding that they only have bus transfers from JFK and LaGuardia airports. The number for this is 800-327-7030. I'm not sure if they have a two week cut off for reservations before your cruise.
