Excusions questions for Western Carribean?

Hey guys, being "newbies" we are not sure which excusions to do that is worth the money. Which excusions do you recommend to do for:

Conzumel, Mexico
Costa Maya, Mexico
Belize City, Belize
Santo Tomas de Castillo, Guatemalla

So these are the countries we're visiting and we want to know which excusions in each destinations is worth the money and fun!!

We prefer to spend less than $150 for each excusion that we do and we are
3 out of 5 active.

So far this is what we booked for each places and questions regardiing each:
Aerial trek and cave tubing in Belize (is it fun and worth the $?)
Kohunlich Mayan ruins in Costa Maya (worth seeing and worth the $?)
Playa Mia delux beach break in Cozumel (good beach? & how is the alcohol selection? worth the money?)

Alright, I hope I get good responses back and I hope some of you have already been on these excusions with good experiences.

For those that have been on excusions, which other ones do you recommend to do?
