Default Restaurants on the Star
I can't seem to get a straight answer on restaurants on the Star. Which ones charge a premium and which ones are included in the cost of your cruise? I assume the buffet is included while high end restaurants such as Cagney's is not.

Does anyone have a comprehensive list?
