NCL Majesty Cancels Cruise <24 hrs before departure

Just a heads-up to those traveling on NCL, they cancelled our 7 day cruise scheduled for 12/30 on 12/29 at 7:30 pm est. Needless to say, this caused tremendous heartache, expense and inconvenience.

ok, nevermind.. I just read this

Norwegian Majesty will undergo repairs in Charleston. At this point, NCL expects the next cruise, a January 6 departure, to proceed as scheduled.

For those folks whose cruise has been canceled at this late date, NCL is offering a full refund and a 50 percent future cruise credit (based on fare paid). It's valid for any NCL ship through December 2007.

If it was engine trouble I am not sure they could have told anyone any earlier... Its unfortunate... I would be very upset.
