One of my pet peeves with the new NCL site is that you cannot access your booking information (balance due, payment dates, etc). But I found an address that will get you into the old NCL site. Thought I'd share in case anyone else wants it.

Yes, the "old" NCL site is much more helpful than the new one. I have noticed that new things are being added weekly to the new site, so eventually that site will be useful, too! Right now I bounce back and forth from one to the other.

It's still a pain since you have to go through the motions of booking, but it's better than being told "contact your Travel Agent" !

Fern, you busted me "over there". Dang!
I've found that you don't really have to do the "booking thing" if you know where they hide your info. It's not very clear but if you click on "retrieve shopping requests" it will list all your previous reservations and current ones. Then you can see your booking and financial info. Very helpful.

After the new site went live they told me this booking info would be available in November. Last week they said it would be March. Who knows if it will ever happen. The new site takes forever to load on my computers and I really don't care for it. But in all honesty other than pre-registering, I don't use the cruise sites much. Most of my info comes from elsewhere.
I think I'd be embarressed by that fact if I were a cruiseline exec, but . . .

Hope things are good up in Arkansas. Louisiana has had very weird weather lately, even for us! It's 70 here now (8:30 a.m.) tomorrow it's to be 25 My poor azaleas have already budded out and the daffodils are in their prime. Oh well.

Being a blonde I could only keep up with one screen name! Although their site is having some screwy problems and it woulldn't let me in so I had to re-register with a space in my name. I don't like posting there much, people are too touchy. Here, people are friends.

Yep, its cooold here, too. Chill factor is in the teens even though it's only about 30 this morning. Plus we live on the water, so the wind is really cold coming across the river.

Let's see if I can remember how to get to that place on the NCL site.
First you have to log in. Then I think it gives you four choices. Something like find a cruise, pre-register, and duh, can't remember the third, but one of them is retrieve shopping requests (I personally would have named it something else, like view my reservations, but hey, that's just me). Then it shows you all your reservations, even ones that were cancelled. It's nice if you ever need to know the dates of past voyages. Then you click on the date and voila! you're in.

Now, I've got to go see if what I just told you is really correct! Back in a while.

Apparently I'm too ignorant to find "retrieve shopping requests" ! All I get when I sign in is the "booked guest page" that shows shore excursions, the registration area, the before you go info and the welcome aboard info.

I do agree with you about the "other" site. There's a lot of info available, but "some" people seem to think the site belongs to them, exclusively!

This site is much more friendly ! Generally, I just use the "other" site for the other people on the same cruise since not many people seem to post on the "Meet Onboard" section here . I wish I knew why

Well, that's really interesting cause I can't get to the book shore excursion page (at least I don't think I can). Must have the Looziana filter on.

Yeh, it's a little disappointing that more people don't post to the Meet on Board boards. We're doing the med in Sept. and I would like to find some folks from CM to share private tours with but so far no takers.

On our British Isles trip last fall they booked up all the private tours very quickly. Just have to keep posting.

Looked like ya'll were in the mid 20's this morning on the map! brrrr.

Yes, the cat (BJ) and I "snuggled" for Valentines Day! (Down to 18 tonight !)

I know NCL is updating the site almost daily, so hopefully we'll be able to find what we need, eventually !
